Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Regularish iOS application (available on the App Store®) and the website at regularish.com (together, “Regularish”), operated by Alibee LLC (“Alibee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using Regularish, or by accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Regularish.

Not medical advice

Regularish is a personal information and symptom-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app or on the website is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor or other qualified health professional with any questions about your health or before making any health-related decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Regularish. By using Regularish, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Your data

All health and symptom data you enter into Regularish is stored locally on your device. You own your data. Alibee does not access, upload, or retain any health data you log in the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

App Store terms

Regularish is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions and any other applicable App Store terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms govern as they relate to App Store access and distribution.

Subscriptions

Regularish offers an optional Supporter subscription (“Regularish Supporter Monthly”). All health features remain available without a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Cancellation and refund policies are governed by Apple’s App Store terms. We do not issue refunds directly.

Use of Regularish

You agree to use Regularish only for lawful purposes and not to:

• use Regularish in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to Regularish or its underlying systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app except as permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Regularish; or
• use Regularish to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Regularish and its contents — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Regularish name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Alibee LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Regularish’s content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Regularish is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alibee LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Regularish will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on all devices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alibee LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or health outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) Regularish.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alibee LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of Regularish or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Regularish and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue Regularish, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Regularish after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
